  • How long does it take to process my return?

    Returns are processed within 72 hours from received back in our warehouse.

  • How long after purchase can I return an item?

    Items are accepted for return up to 10 days after the purchase date with APPROVAL by Customer service .

  • How should I package the items I am returning?

    Package your return items in a shipping appropriate box that will ensure the items arrive safely. Recommended to use the same as you received  

  • How will I be refunded?

    Your refund will be returned to you using the same payment method originally used when ordering the items.

  • Who do I contact about my return?

  • Is there a fee to return or exchange?

    Yes, there’s a restocking fee of 10% of product purchase price and you are responsible for all shipping involved.
